SECTION 6 – RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

We will refund the product price and standard delivery cost

Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Using the same payment method you used

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Diminished value

You may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Exceptions

Cooling-off rights do not apply to customised or personalised goods.
