Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched from our international fulfilment centers.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing time may extend by 1–2 days.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We offer tracked worldwide shipping.

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–20 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

These estimates depend on local postal services and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the system.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. This is because we work with several fulfilment partners to ensure faster delivery.

Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. Most shipments to the UK, EU, and USA do not incur additional fees, but this may vary by region.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@onolawatches.com. We will help locate the shipment or issue a replacement when appropriate.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to wrong address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply).

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
